For those of you who do not get Groupon emails, shame on you. Sign up today.

Groupon apparently loves me and decided I deserved a little extra something to boost my weekend morale. So, in my inbox this morning I found a Groupon for Fandango vouchers. They were $4 each, limit two. I bought two and still spent less than what a normal movie ticket costs. Brilliant!

Thank you Groupon for choosing me!

I’ve never been much of a John Mayer fan, but I love this one–found on the the Ghost Town Soundtrack. Give it a listen.

We unfroze our Netflix account because we were spending more money on Redbox than our plan, so Netflix was the better deal. PLUS it’s about 100 times better. First of all, all the Monk episodes are online to watch instantly, along with Mr. Bean, The Office, and Parks and Rec.

And you can get any movie you’ve ever dreamed of. We have Ghost Town right now. I used to own this movie, but someone thought his friend’s cabin needed it more than me. I forgot how much I loved it. Every line is quotable. That’s what ya need in a movie.

I’ll write an “official” pregnant post soon that will be emotional and make me want to cry. But for now, just watch clips of Baby Mama and think of me! Here’s one of my favorites.

Yesterday was mine and T.J.’s first anniversary. I’m actually not sure what I want to write in this post. Clearly it has been an incredible year.

The best.

I have learned so much. About myself, T.J., and our relationship. One of most interesting things I have learned though is that love continues to grow. I guess I thought when you are in a relationship, it starts with a crush, then you “like” them, and then love them. I thought love was the last plateau and it just stopped once you got there. But through our marriage, the good times and the hard times, serving T.J. and becoming his eternal partner, my love has grown immensely and it just keeps growing. It’s really incredible.

Here’s to our first year and countless more. Love you, T.

Remember when I used to post multiple times a day, every day?

I promise those days will return in a few weeks.

On our way down to Manti last Saturday, we passed a dozen farms full of sheep and, most importantly, little lambs.

Oh my goodness, I cannot express how in love I am with these lambs. There was one particular field covered with lambs, all cuddling together. I begged T.J. to pull over but he said I should just look at pictures online. You can imagine the fight I fought, but it didn’t make a difference. So here I am, looking online at lamb pictures trying to imagine the real thing.

My theory still stands though, almost anything miniature is adorable.

T.J. and I saw the movie The Conspirator recently and we really enjoyed it. It is about Mary Surratt who was charged as a co-conspirator in the trial of Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. I’ve read a few articles about the actual events and apparently the movie is not very historically accurate, although the basic premise of the film is based on facts. I recommend it to everyone, especially if you enjoy historical fiction. And the movie will lead to many interesting discussions because the themes are so relevant to our day. Go see it and let me know what you think!
