The Cincinnati Art Museum
There is an incredible art museum in Cincinnati that I visit often when I’m in town. The best part: it’s free! The special exhibit currently is of Toulouse-Lautrec, an early graphic designer. T.J. was in heaven, and I have to say, I loved the exhibit as well. I was taking photos with my phone because I obviously wanted to instagram everything (sorry/notsorry that I’m an IG addict) but then a security guard came over to us and gave us a TEN minute spiel about how we will get kicked out of the museum and never be allowed back if we take one more photo. Fifteen minutes later, Eva was being really cute in another rotating exhibit where photography was prohibited and I told T.J. to snap a photo–he looked at me like I was crazy… I completely forgot about the security talk because Eva was being so cute! I understand how it would be copyright infringement if I were to print the photos and make a postcard of something. But all I wanted to do is share a photo on social media to tell people to visit the museum! Maybe I did it anyways and just left out hashtags. No way of knowing.
Here are some snapshots from the whole afternoon… the ones I am allowed to post:
You are so good at blogging! All week I keep telling myself, “You need to blog about Christmas before it’s too late!” And then I look at your blog and you write like 4 new posts in a week… I’m a failure. But more importantly, Eva is adorbs.
Ha! Thanks, I usually write a bunch once a week when I finally have time and then just schedule them to post throughout the week. Also, I didn’t know you had a blog until now so I am adding you to my reader!
