Thanksgiving Break-Day 2
On Thanksgiving Day, we went to the parade, as I already mentioned, had a little brunch in the city and then all went back to rest and get ready for dinner. For dinner, we at the Chart House in Weehawken, just a couple miles north of where we live. They had a special Thanksgiving buffet on their upper level, which really worked out great. Good food and a spectacular view.
It was so nice to spend Thanksgiving with family. We truly are blessed. I am so thankful for our friends, our family, the church, my marriage, and our beautiful two-year old. It’s been a crazy year. I still can’t really believe that this is our life. That we live here in Jersey City. But it is where we are supposed to be. Life may not always be easy, but God blesses us everyday-we just have to open our eyes and see what is around us. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving, as well!
