Knocked Out

I have had trouble sleeping lately. I can’t get comfortable, I have to get up to use the bathroom a few times, I feel my nocturnal baby playing in belly, and my back and legs really ache at night–not helping the situation. So, I decided to try Tylenol PM last night. I’ve never taken it before (and don’t worry, my doctor approved it), so I just took the two capsules as recommended.

Eleven hours later (with just one bathroom break instead of the normal three), I finally was able to drag myself out of bed. But barely. It was ridiculous. But it helped my legs and back feel better making for a comfortable, long night of sleep. I’m hoping that one pill will do the trick still, but not completely zonk me out. Any other suggestions from all you mothers and soon-to-be mothers?

Haha! At first I thought the title of this blog was “knocked up” lol – which is also true 🙂
A body pillow is what I would recommend. I do not have one yet because I don’t want to haul one back to provo…but I hear they are wonderful. I like to sleep with a pillow between my legs and one under my ever growing belly and that helps give some support which is nice.
