Count your many blessings, name them one by one, and it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.

So, in the Spirit of Thanksgiving, here’s my gratitude list all at once. (One for each day of November):

  1. I am grateful for T.J. and our marriage. Although we may not have the most perfect marriage, I am grateful for our love that gets us through the thick and the thin. I am grateful that I am married to someone who makes me laugh and doesn’t make fun of me (too much) when I cry watching a car commercial.
  2. I am grateful for Eva. She is the light of my life and gives my life purpose everyday.
  3. My parents and their marriage. I am so grateful for my parents’ example of love and sacrifice. I also am grateful to have grown up under their home and influence.
  4. The gospel. I am grateful to know that I am a daughter of Heavenly Father who loves me. No matter how alone I may feel, I know I have a Father in Heaven who is always looking out for me and has a plan for me.
  5. T.J.’s job. I am grateful for the oportunity T.J. has to work at J&J and for us to be out here in the NYC area. It is very hard but is also so exciting and a chance of a lifetime.
  6. TV and The Office. I don’t think this needs a description.
  7. Fall leaves. There is nothing so beautiful than the leaves changing colors in the Fall. It is such a testimony to me that God created this world for us.
  8. Music.
