Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival
On Saturday, December 29, I wanted to get out and do something fun. My sister tried to convince me to go to the Boar’s Head festival with her, Mark, and Claire. But I had my doubts and was worried it would be pretty lame. Mary Beth convinced T.J. meaning I couldn’t hold out any longer, so we went along to the Christ Church Cathedral downtown Cincinnati.
Turns out, it was pretty great. I was blown away with how many people participated, how great the singers and orchestra were, and how ornate some of the costumes and decorations were. It was such a fun, festive event. I am so glad we ended up going, especially since we missed out on church and Christmas Eve Mass.
